A quotation was received and an order was placed. Base was delivered and installed after 5days and shed delivered and erected after a week. Very, very efficient service.

You can find other sheds elsewhere costs are all within same range but it is the quality that must be considered and this product gives an edge over others.
I looked at numerous supplies throughout the country all offered various deals including free erection and delivery.
But what persuaded me to purchase a TITAN shed was local company very knowledgeable sales staff and a product that was well made looked well made and upon inspection is well made and will last.
Every panel fits no gaps material very good quality well made product.
I paid for TITAN to install shed well worth the cost it took about 4 hrs by a very competent crew no mess

Just a minor matter, delivery arrangements were not confirmed on the day otherwise very happy.

The foundations (Ian Day-your recommendation) were all wrong-laid out for a 10′ x 8′ with windows on the long edge, not 8′ x 10′ with windows on the short edge. Between spare timber on your lorry and raiding my timber store the erector was able to rectify this but shed is now 2″ further off the ground than necessary.

My own shed was dismantled on the agreed date, the new shed erected after a prompt arrival at 8.30am. Both staff involved were courteous and helpful, any mess was cleared efficiently.

Having had good costumer satisfaction before, went there again.
We elected to build ourselves as wishing to paint it first, however, they forgot to leave us the fixings which were delivered the next day, with instructions for an ‘Apex’ roof, and 4 bolts to fix the door bolt on not in the package.
The following week the shed was ready for painting, only to discover the door was also missing, which was delivered the next day.
On a +ve note, we are pleased with the shed, and may use them again provided it all arrives at the same time.

My shed was built within two days. A lot quicker than me doing the job, it would have taken me weeks to do what the installer did in two days.

The staff on site were very friendly and helpful in discussing our needs. Prior to that the brochure was explicit in splitting out the various products and options available. Installation was carried out quickly and efficiently by a team of two who were clearly very skilled in their job. It was worth paying the extra to have a tool shed erected for us. It is a substantial building in contrast to other cheaper sheds we have purchased in the past. Well designed and will suit it’s function well.

This was a replacement after storm damage. We had a previous Titan shed installed 17 years ago – Testiment to quality and longevity of great product.

This is the third shed we have bought from Titan and in every case we have been delighted. The sheds are lovely – very robust while also good to look at. They make a really important contribution to the garden. The website is very clear and easy to use and when the staff phone to talk you through the details of delivery and installation they are extremely competent and pleasant to deal with. The installers arrive promptly and do a really wonderful job. They carried the pieces of the shed carefully through the house and out into the back garden and they installed the shed within 3 hours, making no mess and not much noise either. The Installation team arrived with the shed and found our base not to be level. The installer suggested that we had a proper base laid before assembling the shed as it would last longer. Other installers could just have assembled the shed only for us to encounter problems at a later date.

This is the second shed of yours that I have brought. The previous one – over 20 years old – went to a new home that’s in very good condition.

We had an problem where the shed side panels were delivered with the incorrect windows, which delayed the planned installation. Titan resolved this very quickly & without any fuss – the installation was re-scheduled for a week later. This didn’t detract from what was (overall) a very professional & friendly service combined with an excellent product. I would not hesitate to recommend…

I was impressed with the helpful advice I received about purchasing a log cabin. I was told I could design it myself and have more or less exactly what I want and that is what I have. I have been extremely pleased with everybody I have dealt with at Titan. The cabin construction was executed seemlessly and I now have a delightful sanctuary at the bottom of the garden which I am sure I shall enjoy for many years.

We researched the shed market for many weeks and were generally not impressed by many of the on line products on offer. Yes,they were cheaper that Titan but the framing was generally poor and some had floors and roofs made of a type of chipboard.

We really benefitted from looking at all the sheds on display. It was extremely useful to visit the display out of shop hours so we were free to access all the sheds and look in detail. The shelving is a must have.
